Hamptons Style - Custom Built Home
The Hampton Style Coast home project was initiated after the customer had a bad experience with a previous builder, which unfortunately led to a partial demolition of their home. However, Risen were able to step in and turn the situation around, ultimately resulting in a successful and satisfying outcome for the customer.
John and Jo had a terrible experience with a previous builder, which left them with a commenced demolition and disappointment. They put their job to competitive tendering, and we were successful.
The entire experience was great, and the result of a beautiful “Hampton-style” Coastal” home was terrific.
The Risen team commenced work by tidying up the incomplete demolition and began transforming the tired 70s double brick cottage into a beautiful coastal Hamptons home.
Together with John and Jo’s thoughtful selections of the Weathertex cladding, solid oak internal floors, Hamptons kitchen, and beautiful outdoor alfresco pool area, the home was transformed into a stunning Hampton-style Coastal home.
No aspect of the home was left untouched. We replaced all electrical, plumbing, and linings and added unique details and hardwood external decking. These significant changes contributed to a Major Renovation, transforming the tired 70s double brick cottage into a beautiful coastal Hamptons home.
It comprises four bedrooms for the family, new bathrooms featuring a freestanding bath, full wardrobes, an internal detailed fitout, and touch-control air conditioning.
