The clients were looking to build their architecturally inspired and designed dream home. Risen were picked as the preferred builder of the project. As the client wanted their personally designed plan replicated precisely, they needed a builder who could understand the architectural details, execute the custom-built home renovation, and deliver on their dream build on time and on budget.

The homeowners had a large balcony that they wanted to enclose to increase internal living space and capitalise on lovely, lush parkland views. The goal was to expand living spaces and functionality and add value to a relatively outdated decor/design style.
As mentioned, the second-storey home renovations Palm Beach were enclosed entirely, enabling us to rebuild the entire upper floor. This not only enclosed the old balcony but also made way for a new level of sophistication in living and dining, creating a bespoke kitchen and a much-needed update to the master suite, including an entire rebuild of the bathroom area.
