The family’s decision to revitalise the ground floor, expand the basement, and introduce a second storey and a stunning swimming pool is a testament to their unwavering dedication to creating a harmonious living space. The addition of enhanced bedrooms, a captivating cinema room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an inviting lounge reflects their commitment to creating a dream home.

Why Did They Decide to Commence/Their Story

The homeowners, driven by profound responsibility and love for their family, undertook a project to expand their living space to accommodate their growing family, including two boys.

The enhancements carried out by Risen Developments extended beyond construction. The goal was to establish a comfortable and spacious environment for the family. This was achieved through a solid dedication to providing the boys with their rooms and creating ample communal space for family activities. The strategically designed upper-level expansion and lower-level renovations were meticulously crafted to fulfil the family’s enduring requirements.

Challenges

During the renovation work, we encountered a significant challenge. Old termite damage was discovered, which required immediate attention. Our team, with their expertise and dedication, swiftly rectified and tidied this up, ensuring the safety and integrity of the new structure.
