The clients, pregnant with their second child, needed the expansion in a short timeframe—16 weeks, to be exact. With minimal rain and great weather, the project was completed in just nine weeks, giving them the time to prepare for the new baby’s arrival and settle into their new groove. Their satisfaction with the project was evident, and they were delighted with the outcome, which is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We understood their need to stay put and accommodated this request with ease. This flexibility eliminated the stress of finding and moving to costly rental properties, showcasing our adaptability to client needs.

Construction Challenges

The Second-Storey Addition in Currumbin Waters, despite challenges posed by COVID-19, we successfully overcame them and ensured the project’s completion. The second-storey addition is positioned to create seamless stair access while maintaining a wardrobe under the stairs in the downstairs bedroom.
